We offer strong expertise in city image planning. Our experience is holistic; covering landscape architecture, town planning and environmental management with the core focus on landscape assessment through a community-oriented process.
We have built our visual assessment practice around investigating principles of image ability, character and identity. We have undertaken substantial research in the last fifteen years aided by government research grants. We have investigated new and innovative strategies for creating high visual quality.
Our successful ‘Set-up Shop’ consultation process has enabled us to develop a body of research related to community placemaking, which we have been applying in our design guidelines.
