The date farm was designed by JMLA in conjunction with Jim Phillips Irrigation consultant in Charleville, Queensland.
The farm has reached maturity and is bearing commercial scale fruit thanks to owner Mark Hampel’s careful approach. A cool room is being built to house the fruit, and the storage facilities have been upgraded.
Over ten thousand visitors and tourists visited the farm in the last year, making it one of Charleville’s favoured tourist destinations.
